Abstract
Park and Ride adalah penyediaan lahan parkir di lokasi strategis sehingga pengendara dapat memarkirkan kendaraannya di tempat tersebut dan melanjutkan perjalanannya. Park and Ride diharapkan mampu menyediakan lahan parkir yang nyaman serta luas untuk menampung kendaraan pribadi sehingga bisa menarik masyarakat untuk menggunakan lahan parkir tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja Park and Ride, mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna Park and Ride, dan untuk mengetahui apakah sudah memenuhi standar fasilitas Park and Ride. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Melalui metode SPSS dan Importance Perfomance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk tingkat kinerja memperoleh nilai 77,05% sehingga perlu ditingkatkan lagi kinerjanya, untuk tingkat kepuasan memperoleh nilai 87,085% sehingga disimpulkan responden sangat puas.
